Schedule: 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM PH Time

Quick Rundown:

The NEO Associate plays a key role in ensuring a seamless transition for new hires, from job offer acceptance to full integration into the company's COolture. This role focuses on coordinating and managing onboarding processes, facilitating orientation sessions, tracking progress, and ensuring new employees receive the necessary resources and support. The ideal candidate is highly organized, solution-driven, and detail-oriented, with strong communication skills. A background in Human Resource Management or Training and Development is preferred.

What You'll Do:

• New Hire Coordination & Endorsement: Manage orientation schedules, send invitations, track onboarding progress, and facilitate communication between departments to ensure a smooth transition.

• Orientation Facilitation: Prepare materials, set up venues (physical or virtual), and conduct CONHO sessions to introduce company policies, culture, and expectations.

• Onboarding Logistics: Raise and monitor OM tickets for equipment and workstation setup, ensuring timely and quality dispatch.

• Tracking & Reporting: Maintain new hire trackers, compile attendance and feedback reports, and provide insights for process improvements.

• NEO Kit & Nameplate Distribution: Coordinate the timely issuance of onboarding materials, ensuring new hires receive essential resources.

• CONHO Allowance Processing: Verify eligibility and submit requests for payroll processing.

• New Hire Support & Engagement: Conduct 30-day satisfaction surveys, address onboarding concerns, and provide continuous assistance to new employees.

• Performance Metrics:

  • 30-day Employee Retention Rate (Benchmark: Less than 5%)

  • Onboarding NPS (Benchmark: 9 and above)

• To succeed in this role, you must ensure a positive onboarding experience while maintaining compliance with labor regulations. Your contributions will help foster an engaging and structured integration process for all new hires.

What We're Looking For:

• At least a College Graduate of Psychology, Communication or any related courses

• With 1 to 2 years of experience in assisting with or facilitating training sessions

• Highly positive attitude and vibrant personality

• Intermediate English language skills (written and verbal)

• Proactive and willing to be trained

• Good time management and task management skills

• Proficiency in MS Office and Google Suite

• Proficiency in computer and technical skills

• Possesses at least a foundational background or skill set in data analysis.

• Able to demonstrate initiative

• Keen on details
