ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are seeking a Merchandise Planning and Analytics Lead to serve as the commercial and analytical backbone of our business. This role owns all reporting, forecasting, OTB management, dashboards, and master data accuracy—providing leadership and Brand Managers with a single source of truth to drive smarter, faster decisions.

This position is critical in enabling Brand Managers to focus on high-value strategic work while improving margin, inventory efficiency, and overall business performance.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  1. Build, automate, and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly performance dashboards
  2. Own and reconcile OTB, MOH, stock cover, ageing, and category-level performance
  3. Ensure master data integrity, including pricing, SKUs, discount structures, and cost accuracy
  4. Deliver margin analysis, category deep dives, forecasting models, and vendor presentations
  5. Provide actionable insights to Brand Managers on risks, opportunities, and trading performance
  6. Maintain reporting consistency across multiple brands and categories
  7. Partner closely with Finance on landed costs, stock valuation, and gross margin calculations
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
  • Proven experience in merchandise planning, analytics, or commercial retail roles
  • Advanced Excel skills; experience with BI tools is a strong advantage
  • Highly analytical with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to translate complex data into clear commercial insights
  • Experience working in a multi-brand or fast-paced retail environment preferred
