We are looking for an efficient, courteous cashier who possesses excellent customer service skills. The cashier will scan the customer's selections, ensure that prices and quantities are accurate, accept payments, issue receipts, answer inquiries, and provide helpful information to customers products, promotions, or item location. You will also respond to complaints, process refunds or exchanges of items, and maintain a clean workspace.

Cashier Responsibilities:

  • Welcoming customers, answering their questions, helping them locate items, and providing advice or recommendations.
  • Operating scanners, scales, cash registers, and other electronics.
  • Balancing the cash register and generating reports for credit and debit sales.
  • Accepting payments, ensuring all prices and quantities are accurate and proving a receipt to every customer.
  • Processing refunds and exchanges, resolving complaints.
  • Bagging or wrapping purchases to ensure safe transport.
  • Following all store procedures regarding coupons, gift cards, or the purchase of specific items, such as alcohol or cigarettes.
  • Maintaining a clean workspace.

Cashier Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Knowledgeable in POS
  • Minimum in 6 months experienced.
  • Customer service or cashier experience.
  • Ability to handle transactions accurately and responsibly.
  • High level of energy with strong customer service skills.
  • Basic math and computer skills.
  • Ability to stand, walk, lift heavy items, and work with other team members in a fast-paced environment to provide excellent service

Dining and kitchen staff roles involve preparing food, maintaining cleanliness, and providing service, with responsibilities varying from basic food preparation to managing inventory and staff. Kitchen Staff:

  • Food Preparation:Washing, cutting, chopping, and preparing ingredients; following recipes; and cooking food to order.
  • Cleanliness:Maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment, including cleaning dishes, equipment, and work surfaces.
  • Food Safety:Following food safety and sanitation regulations, including proper handling, storage, and disposal of food.
  • Inventory:Assisting with receiving, storing, and organizing ingredients and supplies.
  • Other Duties:Assisting with unloading deliveries, communicating kitchen needs, and interacting with customers as needed.

Dining Staff:

  • Customer Service:Greeting guests, taking orders, serving food and drinks, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Table Management:Setting tables, clearing dishes, and maintaining a clean and organized dining area.
  • Order Accuracy:Accurately taking and relaying orders to the kitchen, and ensuring orders are delivered correctly.
  • Menu Knowledge:Being knowledgeable about the menu and being able to answer customer questions.
  • Other Duties:Assisting with bussing tables, stocking supplies, and performing other duties as assigned.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Helpful, courteous approach to resolving complaints.
