About the role

Dynamic Precision Philippines Corp. is seeking a highly skilled Facilities Maintenance professional to join our team in Angeles City, Pampanga. As a full-time Facilities Maintenance employee, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our manufacturing facilities. Your primary focus will be on maintaining the physical infrastructure, equipment, and overall working environment to the highest standards.

What you'll be doing

  • Perform regular inspections and preventative maintenance on all facility systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and building structures
  • Identify and address any issues or malfunctions in a timely manner, ensuring minimal disruption to production
  • Coordinate with external contractors and service providers for specialized maintenance tasks
  • Maintain detailed records of all maintenance activities and asset management
  • Assist in the planning and implementation of facility upgrades and renovations
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations
  • Collaborate with the operations team to optimize facility performance and efficiency

What we're looking for

  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar facilities maintenance role, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting
  • Strong technical skills and hands-on experience in the maintenance and repair of various building systems, such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical equipment
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and resolve issues quickly
  • Adaptability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of safety and quality
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
