Location: Remote with U.S. time-zone overlap (PST); occasional on-site coordination as needed Type: Full-time & Exclusive Role snapshot: Hands‑on role for a builder who’s comfortable living in trackers , moving fast in a high-volume environment, and tightening processes as we go. You’ll run full‑cycle recruiting, streamline onboarding, and handle day‑to‑day HR support. WHAT YOU'LL DO: Run end-to-end recruiting in a fast, high-throughput setting; most workflows are spreadsheet‑driven today. Post, source, screen, schedule; manage background checks and references. Partner with Supervisors/Leads by site; keep a clean req + pipeline + starts tracker; close loops daily. Onboarding (25%) Send offers/packets; ensure I-9, W-4/state forms, direct deposit, handbook/policy acks are complete before payroll . Coordinate IDs/badges, uniforms, logins; confirm Day-1/Week-1 completion. Own the twice-monthly New Hire Orientation (calendar, invites, attendance, completion). General HR support (15%) Maintain records; process verifications and basic LOA tracking; assist with simple investigations. Draft memos and bilingual notices (EN/ES) when needed; help roll out monthly training links. WORKING STYLE: Roll-up-your-sleeves operator - you’re fine doing the calling, scheduling, form checks, and follow-ups yourself. Volume-ready: you get energy from moving many small pieces to be done. Process-minded: you refine templates and trackers while keeping the machine running. MUST HAVES 3–5 years in HR Acquisition with high-volume hourly hiring (janitorial, warehouse, facilities, or similar blue‑collar jobs). Proven comfort managing 20–40 active candidates using spreadsheet‑based workflows (share your tracker approach). Bias for action: same-day screens, daily follow-ups, meticulous doc checks. Working knowledge of U.S. HR basics (I-9/E‑Verify, wage/hour fundamentals, policy acks). Clear, concise communicator across sites via text, phone, and email.
