Customer Service & Sales:

  • Assist retail and service customers in identifying and selecting the correct parts and accessories.
  • Provide expert advice on part function, suitability, and availability, including recommending companion products.
  • Inform customers about promotions, parts specials, and pricing.

Inventory Management:

  • Pull parts from stock and accurately update inventory records.
  • Manage parts ordering, including tracking backorders and coordinating with suppliers.
  • Conduct regular stock checks, organize parts, and maintain an efficient inventory system.

Administrative Tasks:

  • Maintain accurate records of inventory, purchases, and sales using computer systems.
  • Handle phone calls, providing price quotes and order information.
  • Keep the parts department clean, organized, and presentable.
