  • Ensure high-quality repairs and timely service for all vehicles.
  • Communicate technical findings and solutions clearly to customers and service advisors.
  • Oversee use, care, and inventory of tools, equipment, and spare parts.
  • Conduct regular training to provide certification to junior mechanics.
  • Maintain safety, cleanliness, and organization in the workshop.
  • Document and report on repairs, diagnostics, and overall workshop performance.
