Responsibilities

  • Serves customers.
  • Drives sales through engagement of customers, suggestive selling, and sharing product knowledge.
  • Greetings and receive customers in a welcoming manner.
  • Responds to customers' questions.
  • Provides outstanding customer service.
  • Introducing promotions and opportunities to customers.
  • Documents sales by creating or updating customer profile records.
  • Processes payments by totaling purchases, processing checks, cash and store or other credit and debit cards.
  • Assist with inventory, including receiving and stocking merchandise.
  • Superior product knowledge.
  • Achieving established goals.
  • Addressing customer issues and providing information to customers.
  • Maintain effective communication with customers.
  • Monitors riders daily activities.
  • Other duties that may arise from time to time and may be assigned to the employee.
