B2B Event Sales Associate

Qualifications:

· Prior experience in B2B sales, business development, hospitality, or event sales preferred.

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills – confident in speaking with decision-makers and gatekeepers.

· Fluent in English; proficiency in Filipino or other local languages is a plus.

· Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

· Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple leads and follow-ups simultaneously.

· Familiarity with CRM tools, email marketing platforms, or sales tracking tools is an advantage.

· Knowledge of the hospitality or F&B industry is a strong plus.

Responsibilities:

· Proactively identify and contact companies, organizations, and potential clients to promote Uma Nota Manila as a venue for events (e.g., corporate functions, brand launches, team dinners, holiday parties).

· Use a variety of outreach channels including phone calls, emails, LinkedIn, and in-person networking (if applicable).

· Maintain and manage a leads database to track outreach, follow-ups, and potential opportunities.

· Understand the company unique event offerings, brand identity, and selling points to effectively communicate with prospects.

· Set appointments or coordinate introductory calls between potential clients and the Events Manager.

· Report weekly progress and lead generation metrics to the Events Manager.

· Provide feedback on outreach strategies and share insights gathered from client conversations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php45,000.00 per month
