Job Summary

We're seeking a Senior Account Director (or Business Director) to lead business growth, oversee key client portfolios, and drive commercial success for the agency. This role combines strategic leadership, client acquisition, and team management, ensuring consistent profitability, client satisfaction, and long-term brand partnerships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Leadership & Business Growth – Lead new business development, identify and secure high-value clients, and consistently achieve sales and growth targets.
  • Team & Portfolio Management – Oversee a portfolio of key accounts while managing and mentoring a team of Account Managers and Executives.
  • Client Relationship Management – Build strong partnerships with senior-level clients (VPs, CMOs) and act as their trusted strategic advisor.
  • Financial Oversight – Manage P&L, set pricing strategies, forecast revenues, and ensure all projects are delivered within scope and budget.
  • Campaign & Contract Supervision – Provide high-level strategic direction for major campaigns, approve key budgets, and lead high-value negotiations.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 5–8+ years of experience in account management, client services, or business development within an advertising, marketing, or influencer agency.
  • Proven track record in leading teams, securing new business, and growing key client accounts.
  • Expertise in P&L management, revenue forecasting, and strategic planning.
  • Strong understanding of influencer marketing, social media trends, and industry regulations.
