Job Summary:

This position plays a vital role in enabling data-driven decision-making by leading sales projection efforts, supporting marketing planning, and contributing to strategic marketing initiatives. The role ensures accurate sales inventory management, delivers actionable insights, and collaborates with key teams to forecast sales performance, guide campaign direction, and align marketing strategies with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and manage accurate sales inventory data to support sales forecasting.
  • Generate sales performance reports and provide trend analysis for projections.
  • Assist in the development of sales forecasts and revenue targets.
  • Support marketing planning through data-driven insights and market research.
  • Collaborate in the creation of marketing strategies and campaign planning.
  • Analyze competitor activities and market trends to guide strategic decisions.
  • Track and evaluate marketing campaign performance and recommend adjustments.
  • Assist in pricing analysis and positioning strategies.
  • Identify sales opportunities and gaps to inform marketing and sales initiatives.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with operational capacity.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Management, Marketing, or a related field
  • With 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience, preferably in real estate, sales support, or data management
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas, functions, and pivot tables
  • Strong understanding and experience in database management, data analysis and visualization
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Executes tasks with utmost professionalism and integrity
