We are looking for a ServiceNow Solution Consultant with a strong understanding of business processes and the ServiceNow platform. This role is not focused on development, but rather on working closely with customers to understand their needs, identify opportunities for process improvement and automation, and demonstrate how ServiceNow can support and enhance their operations. As a trusted advisor, you will facilitate workshops, guide stakeholders through the capabilities of ServiceNow, and help shape solutions that align with business goals.

You'll collaborate with internal teams and clients to design high-level solutions, ensuring the platform is used to its fullest potential. TasksEngage with customers to understand their processes, pain points, and goals. Identify opportunities where ServiceNow can drive value through automation and improved workflows.

Facilitate workshops and presentations to showcase ServiceNow capabilities. Translate business requirements into platform solutions (in collaboration with technical teams). Stay up-to-date with ServiceNow's evolving capabilities and industry best practices.

Support pre-sales activities and contribute to proposals and solution designs. RequirementsStrong knowledge of the ServiceNow platform (across multiple modules). Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to understand and map complex business processes. Experience in ITSM, ITOM, SPM, GRC, or other ServiceNow modules is a plus. Previous experience in a consulting or business analyst role is preferred.
