Work you will do
Deloitte helps organizations reset their IT strategy and implement the systems and solutions, including cutting-edge cloud services, to re-energize performance across the enterprise.

As a ServiceNow Developer, you will provide high level design and technical solutions for ServiceNow team:

• You will prioritize multiple tasks effectively and deliver technical design documents. Understanding the workflow engines is necessary.
• Responsible for the overall design of the application and mapping client business requirements from the project team to systems/technical requirements.

Enough About Us, Let's Talk About You

• Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent
• 4+ years experience in Design and Implementation of ServiceNow Automation Platform
• Team player with effective interpersonal and communication skills
• Demonstrated leadership and teamwork within or outside a work setting
• Exceptional problem-solving ability. Logical reasoning, creative thinking, comfort with numbers, and the ability to untangle complex issues
• Strong passion for consulting, ability to adapt and cope in a fast pace, challenging work hours and environment
• Fluent verbal and written English language skills
• Willingness to travel and most of all…

To be successful in this role, you should have the following key experience and capabilities:

• Minimum: ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (ITSM or CSM)
• Nice to have: ServiceNow Certified Application Developer
• Willingness to work on a flexible schedule: 6AM – 3PM or 1PM – 10PM and/or 8PM – 5AM
