Job Description

The Leasing Specialist is responsible for supporting the end-to-end leasing operations, from tenant sourcing and negotiation to documentation and administrative coordination. This role ensures that leasing activities run efficiently by balancing tenant relations, market scouting, and administrative compliance. The position contributes directly to occupancy targets, tenant satisfaction, and overall property performance, applicable across retail, residential, or office leasing environments.

  • Tenant Sourcing and Negotiation

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, or Business Administration, Real Estate Management, Marketing, and other related field.
  • At least 2–4 years of experience in leasing, property management, or related administrative role.
  • Strong organizational, coordination, and documentation skills.
  • Effective communication and good negotiation abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with CRM or leasing software is an advantage.
  • Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to handle multiple tasks under minimal supervision.
  • Customer-oriented with a professional and approachable demeanor.
  • Willing to perform fieldwork related to market scanning, prospecting, and client relationship development.
