Role Summary

This dynamic role is crucial for maximizing property occupancy and revenue. The specialist is responsible for the full lifecycle of the leasing process, from proactive client scouting and successful negotiations to ensuring the smooth daily operation of the leasing department. The ultimate goal is to achieve and sustain high occupancy targets through expert salesmanship and exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Business Development & Sales:
  • Proactively identify and engage prospective lessors (clients).
  • Conduct compelling property presentations and tours to convert prospects into actual tenants.
  • Strategically negotiate terms and finalize lease transactions and agreements to meet occupancy goals.
  • Operational Management:
  • Manage and direct the daily workflow and activities of the property leasing operations.
  • Ensure all lease documentation and related paperwork are accurately completed and processed in compliance with organizational policies and legal standards.
  • Coordinate and execute marketing and promotional activities designed to increase tenant acquisition and retention.
  • Reporting & Compliance:
  • Maintain thorough knowledge and adherence to all department processes and procedures.
  • Reports directly to the Unit or Department Head, providing regular performance metrics and occupancy reports.
  • Ensure the highest level of customer service is provided throughout the leasing and tenant onboarding process.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Education: Must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of one (1) year of proven experience in on-site leasing, property management, or high-volume sales.
  • Skills:
  • Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and professional presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated leadership ability and capacity to guide team efforts.
  • Work Location: Must be willing to work primarily in General Santos City
