The opportunity

Nezda Technologies, Inc.' is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team as a USRN Triage Nurse. This is a full-time role based in Bonifacio Global City Taguig City Metro Manila. As a USRN Triage Nurse, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality remote healthcare services to patients, leveraging your expertise to assess, triage, and guide them to the appropriate level of care.

Key responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive patient assessments via telephone or video consultations
  • Triage patients based on their symptoms and medical history, determining the appropriate level of care
  • Provide health education, advice, and guidance to patients, empowering them to make informed decisions about their healthcare
  • Coordinate with on-site healthcare providers to ensure seamless continuity of care
  • Maintain detailed and accurate patient records in compliance with regulatory and organizational requirements
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest medical practices, protocols, and technologies to deliver high-quality virtual care

What we're looking for

  • A valid license as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the Philippines
  • A valid license as a US Registered Nurse (USRN) i
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a critical care, emergency, case management or triage nursing role
  • Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills with the ability to prioritize patient needs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with patients and healthcare providers
  • Proficiency in using telehealth technologies and electronic medical record systems
  • A compassionate, patient-centric approach to nursing care
