We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Philippine Registered Nurse (PHRN) with a strong background in Emergency Department (ED) or Intensive Care Unit (ICU) settings. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional patient care, apply critical thinking in high-pressure situations, and support clinical documentation or healthcare-related operations in line with company protocols and international standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide professional nursing services, utilizing ED or ICU clinical experience to ensure accurate assessment, triage, and patient management.
  • Review, assess, and process medical documentation for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with established protocols.
  • Collaborate with physicians, healthcare providers, and team members to ensure quality patient care.
  • Apply advanced clinical knowledge in identifying critical cases and escalating appropriately.
  • Document nursing care accurately and in a timely manner according to facility or client guidelines.
  • Participate in training, calibration, and continuous process improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA and patient confidentiality standards (for US-based or similar accounts).
  • Support quality and operational goals of the organization.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to Php60,000.00 per month
