Position Summary:

The Nurse Triage USRN will serve as the primary clinical contact for patients in a virtual behavioural health program. This role involves scheduling appointments, assisting with prescription refills, assessing patient symptoms, determining urgency levels, documenting interactions, and guiding patients to the appropriate care level. The nurse will adhere to clinical protocols and escalate cases as required to prioritise patient safety.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform web and voice-based triage assessments for mental health and psychiatric patients
  • Apply clinical judgment to decide next steps (e.g., scheduling, escalation, or referral)
  • Accurately document all encounters in the electronic health record (EHR) system
  • Adhere to established clinical protocols and escalation guidelines

Requirements:

  • Active USRN license and based in the Philippines
  • Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in triage, case management, or behavioural health
  • Excellent verbal communication and documentation skills
  • Comfortable working on-site in a voice-based environment
  • Must pass voice screening and clinical assessment
  • Candidates with frequent job changes (less than 1 year per role) will not be considered
  • Required documents (e.g., TOR and Diploma) must be readily available
