HIRING: USRN Team Lead (Work from Home)

Location: Bridgetowne, Quezon City

Work Setup: Work from Home (WAH)

Schedule: Night Shift | Monday to Friday

Salary Range: ₱70,000 – ₱78,500 + ₱15,000 License Premium

Key Qualifications:
  • Active PHRN and USRN licenses (required)
  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
  • Minimum 1 year of clinical bedside experience
  • At least 1 year of BPO Team Lead experience
  • Minimum 1 year of clinical review experience in Prior Authorization, Concurrent/Retrospective Reviews, or Appeals Review
  • Preferably with experience using MCG or InterQual guidelines
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and quality monitoring skills
  • Must be amenable to work night shift and start ASAP
