Machine Operator (Preferred with construction experience)

Key Responsibilities

  • Machine Operation: Set up, start, and operate construction or manufacturing machinery according to standard operating procedures and safety protocols.
  • Performance Monitoring: Continuously monitor machine performance to ensure it operates at full capacity and meets production targets.
  • Quality Assurance: Inspect raw materials and finished products for defects, making adjustments as needed to ensure quality specifications are met.
  • Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Perform routine maintenance, cleaning, and minor repairs on equipment to ensure optimal performance and prevent breakdowns.
  • Safety Compliance: Strictly follow all safety guidelines and company procedures to prevent accidents and maintain a safe work environment.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain detailed logs of machine operations, production data, and any issues or defects encountered.
  • Material Handling: Load raw materials into machines and unl

Skills and Qualifications

  • Experience as a machine operator or in a similar production role.
  • Ability to operate specific machinery relevant to the construction industry.
  • Knowledge of safety procedures and equipment maintenance.
  • Good physical strength and stamina for the role.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
