Job Summary:

We are looking for a dependable and skilled Electro-Mechanical to join our Maintenance Department. The role involves handling both electrical and mechanical work related to machinery, utilities, and refrigeration systems to ensure smooth and efficient plant operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electro-mechanical systems and equipment.
  • Install, troubleshoot, and repair motors, control panels, and mechanical components.
  • Support the maintenance and operation of refrigeration and air-conditioning units.
  • Conduct regular inspections and monitor performance of machines.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.
  • Coordinate with maintenance and engineering teams for system improvements.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of Electro-Mechanical Technology, Electrical, or Mechanical course (Vocational or Technical).
  • With TESDA NC II or NC III Certificate is an advantage.
  • At least 1 year of relevant work experience in industrial or plant maintenance.
  • Knowledgeable in electrical controls, mechanical systems, and basic troubleshooting.
  • Willing to work on shifting schedules and render overtime if required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: Php15, Php16,000.00 per month
