About the role

We are looking for an experienced Inkjet Printing Machine Operator to join our team at Men-At-Print & Amazing Jet Printers OPC' in Taytay Rizal. This is a full-time position where you will be responsible for operating and maintaining our state-of-the-art inkjet printing equipment to deliver high-quality printed materials for our valued customers.

What you'll be doing

  1. Operate and monitor inkjet printing machines to ensure efficient and accurate production of printed materials
  2. Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on printing equipment to maintain optimal performance
  3. Collaborate with the production team to manage workflow and meet deadlines
  4. Ensure printed products meet quality standards and customer specifications
  5. Maintain detailed records of production output, machine performance, and material consumption
  6. Identify opportunities for process improvements and provide recommendations to management

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 2 years of experience as an Inkjet Printing Machine Operator or similar role in the printing and publishing industry
  2. Experience with wide-format inkjet printers (HP, Canon, Epson or similar brands preferred)
  3. Strong technical aptitude and ability to operate and maintain complex printing equipment
  4. Excellent attention to detail and quality-focused mindset
  5. Proficient in reading and interpreting technical manuals and job specifications
  6. Basic computer skills and familiarity with print management software (RIP software experience an advantage)
  7. Ability to work well in a team environment and follow established procedures
  8. Good communication and problem-solving skills
  9. Ability to lift up to 25kg and stand for extended periods during machine operation
  10. Must be legally eligible to work in the Philippines
