Key Responsibilities:

Prepare, cook, and plate menu items according to restaurant standards and recipes.

Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation throughout service.

Assist with food prep tasks such as chopping, measuring, marinating, and portioning ingredients.

Follow proper food handling, storage, and labeling procedures in compliance with health and safety regulations.

Coordinate with kitchen team members to ensure timely and accurate food production.

Operate kitchen equipment safely and report any maintenance issues immediately.

Assist in receiving, inspecting, and storing deliveries properly.

Support opening and closing duties, including equipment setup, cleaning, and restocking.

Perform additional tasks as assigned by kitchen supervisors or management.

Qualifications:

Minimum of a High School diploma; culinary training or certification is a plus.

At least 6 months of kitchen, food prep, or related back-of-house experience preferred.

Strong work ethic with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Knowledge of basic cooking techniques and food safety standards.

Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php18, Php20,000.00 per month
