Known for great food, refreshing drinks, and a vibrant atmosphere, we also bring our signature service to events through our Mobile Bar, Mobile Café, and Grazing Table offerings.

We are currently hiring Kitchen Staff to join our passionate and dynamic team. If you love working in a fast-paced environment, enjoy preparing quality dishes, and want to be part of a lively café and bar culture, this role is for you.

This is not your regular kitchen job- you'll be working in an energetic setting with late-night operations, in-house events, and continuous interaction with a diverse crowd.

Work Schedule:

This role requires onsite reporting from late afternoon to midnight and availability for weekends and special events.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare ingredients and cook dishes in accordance with company recipes and standards.
  • Ensure all food is consistently prepared with the correct taste, quality, and presentation.
  • Follow strict food safety and sanitation procedures to prevent contamination and risks.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and health-compliant kitchen at all times.
  • Operate and care for kitchen equipment such as ovens, stovetops, and grills.
  • Assist with inventory management and supply ordering when needed.
  • Comply with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
  • Perform additional tasks to support smooth kitchen operations.

Qualifications:

  • A degree or short course related to Food and Beverage, or an NC II Cookery Certification, is required.
  • Prior experience in a kitchen or F&B environment is an advantage.
  • Strong understanding of food safety, sanitation, and proper kitchen practices.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask during peak hours.
  • Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a team-oriented mindset.
  • Willingness to work weekends, holidays, and late-night shifts.
  • Willing to work onsite at Maginhawa, Diliman, Quezon City.
