SALES & MARKETING ASSISTANT

Duties and Responsibilities:

§ Prepare and assist with marketing activities.

§ Assist in the development of promotional campaigns to increase and generate interest in dealership offerings.

§ Providing support for marketing events and exhibitions as required.

§ Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling event-related content for various platforms.

§ Writing articles and promotional material for the company, which include but are not limited to articles, presentations, brochures, press releases, and monthly company newsletter if any.

§ Assist in coordinating advertising placements, both online and offline, and track their performance.

§ Manage and update customer databases to ensure accurate contact information for targeted marketing efforts.

§ Preparing interesting articles for the website, and other social media platforms and assisting in managing them.

§ Updating and maintaining the marketing department's documentation and database.

§ Managing events, booking venues, and ordering marketing materials such as giveaways with approval by the management.

§ Monitor industry trends and activities to suggest innovative event ideas

§ Performs other related tasks that may be assigned from time to time.

Qualifications:

§ Male or Female

§ A degree in Marketing or any related program

§ With Sales and Marketing experience is an advantage

§ Must possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills

§ Must possess excellent time management and customer service skills

§ Creative thinking and the ability to generate unique promotional ideas

§ Established and maintained business relationships with customers
