1. Observes timely and accurate submission of regulatory reports, surveys, data requests and notification requirements of the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP)

2. Keeps abreast of regulatory changes and developments in the regulatory environment by checking BSP, AMLC, and SEC issuances

3. Monitors receipt of external correspondences from regulators and other government agencies
