Key Responsibilities

  • Beverage Preparation:

Brewing specialty coffee and espresso drinks, teas, and other hot and cold beverages according to recipes and customer preferences.
- Customer Service:

Greeting customers, taking orders, providing menu recommendations, answering questions about ingredients, and ensuring a positive and welcoming atmosphere.
- Order Processing:

Handling cash and credit card transactions using a point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Equipment Operation:

Operating and maintaining equipment like espresso machines, grinders, and brewers.
- Workstation Maintenance:

Keeping the counter and seating areas clean, sanitized, and organized.
- Stock Management:

Monitoring inventory, restocking supplies such as coffee beans, syrups, and food items, and assisting with opening and closing tasks.
