Position Overview:

The Billing Officer will be responsible for preparing, issuing, and managing billing statements, monitoring collections, and ensuring accuracy in all financial transactions. The role requires strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to coordinate with both internal teams and clients to resolve billing concerns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and issue accurate billing statements and invoices in a timely manner
  • Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on collections
  • Reconcile billing records with company accounts
  • Coordinate with clients regarding billing concerns and discrepancies
  • Maintain proper documentation and filing of billing-related records
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards
  • Prepare periodic reports on billing and collection status

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
  • At least 1–2 years of relevant work experience in billing, accounting, or finance
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Strong knowledge of billing and collection processes
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word); familiarity with accounting software is an advantage
  • Excellent organizational skills and keen attention to detail
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate

Pay: Php Php590.00 per day
