Job Summary:

The HR Recruitment Officer is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment and selection process to ensure the company hires qualified and competent employees. This role involves sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates while ensuring alignment with company policies and manpower requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manpower Planning & Sourcing
  2. Coordinate with department heads regarding manpower requirements.
  3. Post job advertisements through online platforms, social media, and job fairs.
  4. Source potential candidates through databases, referrals, and partnerships with schools or agencies.
  5. Recruitment & Selection
  6. Screen résumés and shortlist qualified applicants.
  7. Conduct initial interviews and schedule interviews with department managers.
  8. Administer pre-employment exams, trade tests, and background checks.
  9. Provide recommendations for hiring decisions.
  10. Onboarding & Orientation
  11. Assist in the preparation of job offers and employment contracts.
  12. Facilitate new employee orientation and ensure smooth onboarding.
  13. Coordinate pre-employment requirements and medical examinations.
  14. Documentation & Reporting
  15. Maintain applicant records, test results, and recruitment reports.
  16. Update the recruitment tracker and submit regular hiring status reports.
  17. Ensure compliance with labor laws and company recruitment policies.
  18. Continuous Improvement
  19. Develop strategies to improve recruitment processes and reduce hiring turnaround time.
  20. Maintain strong relationships with applicants and uphold employer branding.
  21. Support HR activities such as job fairs, training, and employee engagement programs.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 1–2 years of experience in recruitment (preferred, but fresh graduates are welcome for entry-level).
  • Knowledge in interviewing techniques, recruitment platforms, and basic labor law.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and HR systems.
