The Associate Accounting Manager is responsible to monitor, validate and consolidate all Accounts Receivable related reports and schedules.

  • Secondary management and supervision for operations and accounting
  • Assists on the regular review for continuous process improvement in creating policies and procedures, formulating enhancement for various reports needed by the management.
  • Monthly and quarterly review of regular reports issued by the group to various department and/or management.
  • Coordination with other department to gather related reports and/or updates to monitor various refunds' recoverability.
  • Attend to ad-hoc activities as needed.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree, Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam) in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
  • At least 7 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Assistant Manager/Manager specialized in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.
  • Highly analytical, keen to details and willing to extend working hours;
  • With good communication & interpersonal skills
  • Computer proficient
