We are actively seeking a passionate and career-driven Associate Account Manager to join our sales team

What the Role Is About:

  • Manage client accounts to promote and sell IT solutions particularly hardware, software and school management solutions.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing timely, courteous support for inquiries, requests, and concerns
  • Take ownership of sales revenue, account management, and project lead generation
  • Maintain consistent communication with clients via face-to-face meetings, calls, and emails to provide project updates, discuss strategies, and gather feedback

What We're Looking For:

  • Graduate of Business Management, Communication or any related degree
  • FRESH GRADUATES ARE HIGHLY ENCOURAGED TO APPLY
  • Candidates with at least 1 year of relevant experience in Sales or Account Management is an advantage
  • Strong ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships
  • Excellent selling and negotiation skills
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Willing to do Field Work
