Ensures timely release of Notice of Title Availability, client's schedule & oversee the actual releasing of Condominium/Transfer Certificate of Title & Tax Declaration (TD) to external clients.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Attends to external and internal clients for title scheduling & releasing-related concerns.

  2. Timely preparation and release of Notice of Title Availability (NTA) upon availability of Tax Declaration and/or after delivery of collateral documents to our Partner Banks.

  3. Ensure schedule (release of CCT/TDUBN to buyers) are properly captured/plot in monitoring via NTA, email and calls.

  4. Manage CRM tickets related to NTA, scheduling & Releasing.

  5. Regular/proper coordination with inter-departments for the completion of tasks.

  6. Ensure correctness of RPT being billed to our external clients.

  7. Ensure completeness of RPT set-up in the system.

  8. Regularly prepares performance reports.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS REQUIRED

  1. Must be a graduate of Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management or its equivalent.

  2. Preferably with at least 3-5 year(s) of working experience in Title Transfer or Real Estate.

  3. Possesses good oral and written communication skills.

  4. Proficient in SAP application and MS office application (word, excel, PowerPoint).

  5. Must be focused, driven and team player.

  6. Results-oriented and with ability to work under pressure / minimum supervision.

  7. With ability to manage people effectively.

  8. With good moral character and interpersonal skills.
