You'll be the leader ensuring our books are clean, our reports are accurate, and our compliance is airtight. By overseeing daily accounting operations, guiding junior staff, and ensuring tax and regulatory obligations are met, you'll be a key player in maintaining 2GO's financial integrity. Your expertise will help the business make confident financial decisions and keep operations running smoothly.

What you'll do (your mission)

Financial Reporting & Analysis

  • Perform account analysis and prepare accurate financial reports.
  • Review and analyze financial statements for accuracy and compliance.
  • Provide financial insights to support decision-making.

Compliance & Tax Management

  • Check disbursements and supporting documents for validity and BIR compliance.
  • Review government reports including BIR, SSS, PHIC, HDMF, and payroll filings.
  • Prepare quarterly and annual income tax returns and other BIR/SEC reportorial requirements.

Leadership & Supervision

  • Supervise and guide accounting assistants in handling disbursements and collections.
  • Oversee and correct entries in the books of accounts.
  • Handle government registrations and enrollments for existing and new companies.

Cross-Department & Ad Hoc Support

  • Coordinate with other departments to deliver accurate reports and reconciliations.
  • Conduct detailed research and monitoring for special accounting projects.

  • Hold a Bachelor's degree in Accountancy.
  • Are a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
  • Have knowledge or experience in tax compliance, payroll, and financial statement preparation.
  • Are proficient in MS Excel and possess strong analytical skills.
  • Are a team player who can lead and mentor others effectively.
