The job holder contributes to the growth and profitability of CSR by being responsible for the following Key Result Areas (KRAs):

  • IT Support for Sales and Internal Users
  • Network, Routing, and Configuration Support
  • IT Equipment Setup & Deployment
  • Project Implementation Assistance
  • Documentation and Reporting

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • IT Support for Sales and Internal Users
  • Provide technical assistance to Sales and internal staff by performing the following:
  • Troubleshooting desktop, laptop, network, and application issues.
  • Ensuring proper operation of devices and software used for daily transactions.
  • Supporting user access management (email, shared folders, systems).
  • Conducting basic repairs, system updates, and maintenance.
  • Network, Routing, and Configuration Support
  • Assist in managing network and IT infrastructure, including:
  • Configuration of routing, switching, and VLANs.
  • Setup and maintenance of firewall, DHCP, and related network services.
  • Monitoring network performance and reporting irregularities.
  • Assisting in implementing IT security policies and access controls.
  • IT Equipment Setup & Deployment
  • Prepare, configure, and deploy IT equipment such as:
  • Workstations, printers, and peripherals.
  • Network devices such as routers, switches, and Wi-Fi equipment.
  • Firewalls, servers, and communication equipment as required.
  • Conducting acceptance testing and documentation.
  • Project Implementation Assistance
  • Assist in ICT project executions by performing:
  • On-site IT support during installations and configurations.
  • Coordination with Engineering and Project Teams for technical requirements.
  • Preparation of Proof of Compliance (POC) and other required documents.
  • Participation in testing, commissioning, and turnover activities.
  • Documentation and Reporting
  • Prepare technical reports such as:
  • Incident logs, support tickets, and resolutions.
  • Network and equipment documentation updates.
  • POC documentation and client compliance reports.
  • Perform other related tasks as maybe assigned by immediate superior from time to time.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or any related four-year computer course.

Licensure

Not required

Experience

At least 1 year of relevant work experience in IT support, networking, or technical operations.

Competencies

  • Technical Skills: Networking, routing, switching, firewall configuration, DHCP, basic server administration.
  • Troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
  • Customer service orientation.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented, analytical, and proactive.
  • Ability to multitask and work under minimal supervision.
