Patient Relations Specialists

Requirements:
- Graduate of any Bachelor's Degree.
- Excellent communication skills both oral and written.
- Keen to details, organized, versatile, and can work under pressure with minimal supervision.
- Good organizational and management skills.
- Must be able to address and coordinate issues or complaints of patients and doctors.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Maintains a positive and professional demeanor.
- Dedicated to work and committed to excellence.
- Flexible and can work under pressure.
Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting patients and doctors with procedure preparations, inquiries, requests, and complaints.
- Coordinate patient flow and scheduling, ensuring minimal waiting time and effective communication with liaison officers and the Patient Service Team.
- Gather patient feedback, address issues positively, and work to ensure high levels of patient satisfaction.
- Investigate incident reports, identify root causes, and recommend actions to prevent recurrence and improve processes.
- Manage daily customer service operations, including responding to queries, resolving concerns, and performing additional duties as needed.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php19,000.00 per month
