Requirements:

  • Graduate of any Bachelor's Degree.
  • Excellent communication skills both oral and written.
  • Keen to details, organized, versatile, and can work under pressure with minimal supervision.
  • Good organizational and management skills.
  • Must be able to address and coordinate issues or complaints of patients and doctors.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Maintains a positive and professional demeanor.
  • Dedicated to work and committed to excellence.
  • Flexible and can work under pressure.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service by assisting patients and doctors with procedure preparations, inquiries, requests, and complaints.
  • Coordinate patient flow and scheduling, ensuring minimal waiting time and effective communication with liaison officers and the Patient Service Team.
  • Gather patient feedback, address issues positively, and work to ensure high levels of patient satisfaction.
  • Investigate incident reports, identify root causes, and recommend actions to prevent recurrence and improve processes.
  • Manage daily customer service operations, including responding to queries, resolving concerns, and performing additional duties as needed.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php19,000.00 per month
