About the role

LMTP Corporation is seeking a QC Engineer to join our dedicated Quality Assurance team. This is a full-time role based in Calamba City, Laguna, where you will play a crucial part in maintaining the highest standards of product quality and reliability. As QC Engineer, you will be responsible for implementing robust quality control processes and procedures to ensure our cutting-edge technology meets all regulatory and customer requirements.

What you'll be doing

  1. Developing and executing testing plans to evaluate product performance and compliance
  2. Identifying and resolving quality issues through root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions
  3. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimise manufacturing processes and improve product quality
  4. Maintaining detailed quality control records and generating reports for stakeholders
  5. Providing technical guidance and training to production staff on quality control best practices
  6. Staying up-to-date with industry regulations and quality standards

What we're looking for

  1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Assurance or a related technical field
  2. 5+ years' experience in a quality control or assurance role within the technology/manufacturing industry
  3. Proven track record of developing and implementing quality control systems and processes
  4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to use data to drive continuous improvement
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with cross-functional teams
  6. Up-to-date knowledge of relevant quality standards and regulations
  7. Proficiency in using quality control tools and software
