Job Overview

We are looking for a Data Management Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in data architecture, data governance, and data quality management, ensuring that organizational data is accurate, secure, and well-governed. This role is perfect for someone passionate about establishing strong data practices and supporting enterprise-wide data initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and maintain data architecture to support business requirements and scalable solutions
  • Implement and monitor data quality tools to ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness of data
  • Manage metadata and maintain a comprehensive data catalog for organizational data assets
  • Enforce data security and access controls to safeguard sensitive information
  • Apply data governance principles and frameworks to maintain compliance and improve data management practices
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define and enforce data standards, policies, and procedures

Qualifications

  • Strong experience in data architecture, metadata management, and data cataloging
  • Experience with data quality tools and data validation techniques
  • Understanding of data security standards and access control mechanisms
  • Knowledge of data governance frameworks and best practices
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with technical and non-technical teams
