About the Role

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive
IT Project and Compliance Manager
to join our team. This role is responsible for planning, organizing, and overseeing technical projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with business objectives. The IT Project Manager will also play a key role in client compliance, IT infrastructure maintenance, and cross-team coordination.

Key Responsibilities

Project Management

  • Lead end-to-end project lifecycle, including scope definition, planning, resource allocation, progress monitoring, and stakeholder communication.
  • Ensure projects are aligned with organizational goals and available resources.
  • Validate plans and budgets with the IT Manager and CIO.
  • Provide regular project updates, highlighting progress and challenges.

Client Compliance (with Group CISO)

  • Maintain and update the IT compliance database for US and Asia operations.
  • Receive, file, and process client IT/compliance questionnaires.
  • Collaborate with the Group CISO to create and update group compliance policies.
  • Enforce compliance standards across the organization.
  • Support client relationships by completing compliance questionnaires and coordinating with client IT teams.

Team Coordination (with IT Manager)

  • Assign tasks, set priorities, and oversee daily team operations.
  • Encourage continuous learning and knowledge sharing within the team.
  • Escalate team issues to the IT Manager as needed.

IT Infrastructure Support (with IT Manager)

  • Identify opportunities to improve system and network operations.
  • Collaborate with local and global support teams to ensure network stability and availability.
  • Execute disaster recovery planning and maintain data backups.
  • Support day-to-day IT operations and infrastructure management.

Other Duties

  • Perform other tasks assigned by the Group CIO or IT Manager.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Proven experience in IT project management and compliance coordination.
  • Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, systems, and networks.
  • Familiarity with compliance frameworks and IT security policies.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
