Work Setup : Regular shift / RTO

Permanent position & Direct Hiring by the client

Required Technical Skill Set :

  • IBM Mainframe
  • Certified Project Manager

Must-Have:

  • 12 years of Experience in delivering Mainframe Projects
  • Mainframe Domain Knowledge, Strong understanding of IBM Mainframe systems (z/OS), Familiarity with COBOL, JCL, DB2, CICS, IMS, VSAM concepts.
  • Proven experience in end-to-end project delivery (planning, execution, monitoring, closure), Proficiency in Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies.Risk,Issue, and dependency management.
  • Hands-on experience with project management tools (MS Project, JIRA, ServiceNow, Clarity, etc.). Familiarity with change/release management and IT governance. Knowledge of compliance and security standards in mainframe environments.
  • Certifications (Preferred but Often Expected), PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum Master.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php200, Php250,000.00 per month
