Vishay is seeking a full-time Workday HRIS Analyst to join our global HRIS team. As we centralize our HR technologies and processes globally, this role will ensure accurate and efficient implementation and optimization of Workday – our Global Human Resources platform.

What You Will Do
  • Configure and Maintain Workday Core HCM Modules: Core HCM, Compensation, Talent Management, Reporting, and Security. Ensure modules are optimized to meet business needs.
  • Collaborate with Project Team and Stakeholders: Gather requirements, analyze business processes, and translate them into effective Workday configurations and solutions.
  • Utilize Consulting Abilities and Solution Proficiency: Integrate Workday functionalities into the business ecosystem to meet expected business results.
  • Optimize and Maintain Workday System: Ensure data integrity, security, and regulatory compliance; regularly review configurations.
  • Provide End-User Training and Support: Conduct training sessions, address queries, create documentation, and support system usage.
  • Troubleshoot System Issues: Investigate and resolve issues; collaborate with technical teams for complex problems.
  • Collaborate on Integrations: Design, develop, and test integrations between Workday and other HR systems or third-party applications.
  • Stay Updated with Workday Releases and Industry Trends: Evaluate updates and propose enhancements to leverage new functionalities.
What You Will Bring Along (Qualifications)
  • End-to-End Implementation/AMS/Rollout Experience: Minimum of 4 years in end-to-end implementation, AMS, or rollout of Core HCM modules for American, European, and/or APAC clients.
  • Knowledge of Core HCM Localization and Legislative Requirements: Understanding of localization and regulatory requirements across APAC, Europe, and North America.
  • Experience Leading/Supporting Workshops: Ability to lead or support workshops focused on Workday Core HCM modules.
  • Hands-on Experience with Workday HCM System: Workday HCM certification is a plus but not mandatory; extensive hands-on experience configuring Core HCM modules.
  • Experience with Workday Advanced Modules: Familiarity with Advanced Modules (e.g., Advanced Compensation, Talent Management, or Performance) is valued.
  • Additional Language Proficiency: English required; other languages a plus.
