Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Reports Analyst to join our team in the BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) industry. The Reports Analyst will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to support business decision-making and improve operational performance. This role involves creating and delivering accurate reports, dashboards, and insights to various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather and analyze data from various sources to identify trends and insights
  • Create and maintain regular reports and dashboards for internal teams and clients
  • Collaborate with department heads to define reporting requirements and support data-driven decision-making
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity by conducting regular audits and quality checks
  • Assist in the development of business intelligence tools and reporting solutions
  • Present findings and recommendations to management and stakeholders

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Statistics, Data Analytics, or a related field
  • Proven experience as a Reports Analyst or in a similar analytical role
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI)
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php25, Php40,000.00 per month
