The Role

We are seeking a Revenue Manager – APAC to drive regional commercial performance through pricing strategies, trading decisions, and data-driven planning. Based at the APAC headquarters in Manila, you will play a critical role in optimizing fleet utilization, maximizing revenue, and shaping go-to-market plans across Australia and New Zealand. Reporting directly to the regional leadership team, you will collaborate closely with Marketing, Operations, and Finance, acting as a strategic owner of commercial success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute data-backed regional revenue strategies to maximize gross margins, nights sold, and fleet revenue.
  • Lead trading decisions on pricing, discounts, and inventory control, ensuring real-time responsiveness to demand trends and market movements.
  • Manage forecasting and planning activities, including revenue forecasts, capacity planning, and demand modelling to inform strategic decisions.
  • Analyze market and competitive dynamics to identify growth levers such as promotions, channel mix, and pricing initiatives.
  • Partner with local teams and global HQ in Lisbon to align regional execution with broader commercial strategies and tools.
  • Lead or support commercial improvement projects, including pricing automation, reporting dashboards, and process enhancements.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 4 years' experience in revenue management, trading, pricing, FP&A, or commercial planning roles, ideally within tech, travel, mobility, or e-commerce industries.
  • Proven ability to drive commercial performance using data analysis and strategic thinking.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and strong command of data tools; experience with pricing software is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and business acumen with sound decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced environments and taking ownership of deliverables.
  • Work setup: Monday - Friday (Work-from-home every Friday)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php120, Php180,000.00 per month
