Job Description – JR Buyer

Location: BGC, Taguig

Schedule: Full-Time

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  1. Process Paylines (50% – Daily):

    Add and resolve paylines for one or more facilities with accuracy and timeliness.
  2. Requisition Management (40% – Daily):

    Create and submit requisitions through the PEGA system for approval as needed.
  3. Daily Reporting (5% – Daily):

    Prepare and provide a daily payline report to supervisors/managers, including invoice numbers for all processed paylines.
  4. General Support (5% – Daily):

Assist with additional tasks and operational needs as required.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Required:

  • Ability to analyze process-related issues and propose solutions
  • Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in purchase orders and documentation
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment

Preferred:

  • Analytical, critical thinking, and cognitive skill strengths

## Education and Experience

  • Education: Open to various educational backgrounds; relevant technical training is a plus
  • Work Experience: 0–1 year of experience in supply chain, healthcare, or related fields (required)
