As a Real Estate Video Editor for PROPERTY MEDIA SOLUTIONS, you will be responsible for creating visually stunning and captivating video content to showcase luxury real estate properties. Working closely with the marketing team, you will bring a creative eye and exceptional video editing skills to elevate the company's digital presence and attract potential buyers. This full-time role is based in Metro Manila.

What you'll be doing

  • Editing raw footage to produce high-quality, engaging real estate video content
  • Incorporating aerial shots, professional photography, and other multimedia elements to create visually compelling videos
  • Collaborating with the marketing team to understand client requirements and deliver videos that align with the company's brand and promotional strategies
  • Ensuring all videos meet the company's standards for quality, creativity, and on-brand messaging
  • Continuously exploring new video editing techniques and trends to enhance the company's video content
  • Providing support and guidance to junior team members to maintain a high level of video production excellence

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a professional video editor, with a strong portfolio of real estate, property, or luxury lifestyle video content
  • Proficiency in using video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve
  • Excellent eye for detail, with the ability to create visually stunning and cohesive video narratives
  • Strong understanding of video composition, color grading, and audio mixing techniques
  • Familiarity with motion graphics, animation, and visual effects tools to enhance video content
  • Adaptability and the ability to work well under pressure to meet tight deadlines
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with the marketing team and clients
