Job Summary

We're looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to manage and grow our digital presence across our website, social media, and email platforms.

In this role, you'll oversee our digital channels, assets, and communications while coordinating with various departments, business units, store branches, and other internal stakeholders. You'll play a key role in strengthening the company's online visibility and brand consistency.

Job Description

  • Plan, manage, and optimize social media campaigns to increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
  • Maintain and enhance the company website to ensure mobile compatibility, strong cybersecurity, and alignment with brand guidelines.
  • Develop and implement effective digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, search engines, and email.
  • Optimize website content and structure to improve SEO performance and user experience.
  • Analyze and interpret data to measure campaign performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging and visually appealing digital content.
  • Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
  • Prepare regular performance reports and insights for management and key stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in digital marketing, with strong knowledge of SEO, social media marketing, and digital advertising.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media management tools.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a knack for turning data into actionable insights.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of presenting information clearly and effectively.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or collaboratively within a team.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php28, Php30,000.00 per month
