What you'll do:

As a Legal Counsel, you will bring structure, consistency, and ownership to contracts, legal documentation, and insurance processes, helping the company stay organized, well-governed, and agile as it continues to expand globally.

Key responsibilities for this role includes:

• Manage and track all contracts, legal documentation, and insurance records, ensuring
  
  accuracy, version control, and proper filing.
• Maintain structured repositories and Salesforce records for easy retrieval, reporting, and
  
  cross-functional visibility across teams.
• Liaise with insurance brokers, vendors, and external legal counsel to keep documentation current
  
  and properly executed.
• Support data room and due-diligence preparations for key strategic projects.
• Help drive smoother internal workflows around contract management, approvals, and document
  
  governance.
• Partner with the Commercial, Compliance and Operations teams to align on documentation
  
  requirements and upcoming renewals.
• Proactively identify and address gaps, expirations, or outdated templates and work with
  
  stakeholders to keep them up to date.
• Contribute to ongoing process improvements, helping strengthen the systems that support growth and operational excellence.

Successful candidates must have:

• 3+ years experience in contract or legal operations, preferably within MedTech, healthcare, or
  
  SaaS.
• Degree in Law, with preference in Corporate Law, Business Law or Commercial & Trade Law.
• Working knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM/document management tools.
• Familiarity with insurance documentation, broker coordination, and general corporate risk
  
  processes.
• Strong organizational skills, accuracy, and attention to detail- you notice what others miss.
• A hands-on, solutions-focused approach to getting things done, even when details are complex
  
  or ambiguous.
• Clear, confident communication skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
• Comfort working independently in a remote setting, with a proactive, dependable, and
  
  structured work style.
• An interest in building scalable systems and processes that make day-to-day operations run
  
  smoother.

Work Arrangements:

• Schedule: 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM PHT
• Work Setup: Work On-Site
• Office Location: Parkway Corporate Center, Alabang, Muntinlupa City
