Paralegal

About the role

This is a full-time paralegal position within the legal department of Philippine Community Housing Corp. The role is based in Ayala Alabang Muntinlupa City Metro Manila and will involve providing legal support and assistance to the company's solicitors and attorneys.

What you'll be doing

1. Conducting legal research and analysis to support the legal team
2. Drafting and preparing legal documents such as contracts, letters, and filings
3. Organizing and maintaining electronic and physical legal files and documentation
4. Providing administrative support to the legal department as needed
5. Assisting with the preparation of client presentations and other materials
6. Liaising with clients, external counsel, and other stakeholders as required

What we're looking for

1. 1-2 years of experience as a paralegal or in a similar legal support role
2. Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification required
3. Experience in corporate law is highly preferred
4. Strong research, writing, and analytical skills
5. Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure
6. Proficient in using legal research tools and software
7. Good interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and colleagues
8. A relevant paralegal qualification or certification is preferred
