Looking for a Corporate Lawyer who's ready to take the next step in their legal career and work with a growing, dynamic team in Alabang. You'll provide legal support on a variety of corporate and business matters, ensuring compliance and protecting the company's interests in all transactions and operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
  • Provide legal advice and support on business transactions, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
  • Assist in corporate governance, including board resolutions, minutes, and report filings.
  • Conduct legal research and help develop company policies aligned with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Coordinate with external counsels and government agencies when necessary.
  • Support management in addressing legal issues related to operations, HR, and finance.

Qualifications:

  • Must be a member of the Philippine Bar.
  • 1–2 years of experience in corporate or business law (in-house or law firm). - Also open to Newly Passed Bar applicants.
  • Strong understanding of corporate, commercial, and contract law.
  • Excellent communication, drafting, and analytical skills.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities.
  • Willing to work onsite in Alabang.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php40,000.00 per month
