About the role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our dynamic team at Global Moving Resources Corporation. As our Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving new business development and expanding our customer base across the Philippines. This full-time role is based in our Makati City office, offering opportunities for growth and development within our thriving organisation.

What you'll be doing

  1. Prospecting and identifying new sales opportunities through active networking, cold calling, and lead generation
  2. Developing and executing sales strategies to acquire new clients and increase market share
  3. Preparing and delivering compelling sales presentations to potential customers
  4. Negotiating and closing sales contracts while ensuring client satisfaction
  5. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences
  6. Maintaining accurate sales records and providing detailed performance reports
  7. Mentoring and coaching a team of sales professionals to achieve their targets

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum of 5 years of proven sales experience, preferably in the moving and relocation industry
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships
  3. Proven track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets
  4. Demonstrated ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies
  5. Proficient in using sales tools and customer relationship management (CRM) software
  6. Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
  7. Enthusiastic, self-motivated and driven to succeed
