Objective:

To provide dedicated support to the Digital Strategy Team, particularly the Social Media Management and Content Development group. This role will assist in the execution of social media strategies, content scheduling, analytics reporting, and community management for multiple clients; including newly acquired accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development and implementation of content calendars
  • Monitor and manage client pages across various platforms
  • Coordinate with Creatives and Copywriters for timely asset development
  • Track and report on post performance, engagement, and audience growth
  • Execute social listening and community engagement initiatives
  • Support in boosting and ad management
  • Participate in brainstorming and campaign planning sessions

Requirements / Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing
  • Strong understanding of platform-specific best practices
  • Excellent written communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with tools such as Meta Business Suite, Brand24, Meltwater, or Sprout Social
  • Background in handling agency or brand accounts is an advantage
